Cara was born on April 28 in Brooklyn, New York and has been acting, singing and dancing since the age of 5. She started her early years performing in theatre, church choir, talent shows and charity events.
Cara realized at a young age that she wanted to be an entertainer. By the age of thirteen she performed in many theatrical productions such as Annie, Hair, Fiddler on the Roof, Broadway Showstoppers, Midnight Glory....etc.
At the age of eighteen years old, Cara was scouted in the mall by a modeling agent. Since then, she has been in many magazines, fashion shows and advertisement campaigns.
Her talent, motivation and persona has brought her to where she is today. She loves working with innovative and creative people and continues to build on her crafts. She has appeared in many plays, films, commercials and print campaigns.
Some of her most notable film credits include "Computers & Imagination" Cannes Film Festival nominee, "3 Minutes to Air" which won at the 48Hour International Film Festival, "TAPE ME: REEL 3", "The Perfectionists", winner of the Poland Arts Festival, "Ride or Die" and "La Vita" L.A. Winner. Her television show credits include: Law & Order SVU, Smash, My Crazy Love, Monsters, Scott Block TV, International English TV and Some Assembly Required.
Cara is currently filming multiple projects and progressing in her career. Not only is Cara a talented entertainer, she is also part of a ministry at Hillsong Church NYC and is an active member of multiple charity organizations such as the CCFA, Compassion, St. Jude's Foundation, The Hurricane Sandy Relief Program and the ASPCA.
